What time does the festival open and close?
Opens at midday on Friday 13 February and closes afterwards as per the final programme schedule.

What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?
If the festival is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure including government restrictions, extreme weather, or public health emergencies, new dates will be announced.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled edition, you will be eligible for a refund in line with our Ticketing Terms.

What is the best way to reach Nomads?

Is travel included with my festival pass?
No. Travel to and from the festival is not included.

Are day passes available?
No. Nomads is a three day residential festival and day passes are not offered.

TICKETS AND CHECK IN

Can I buy tickets without accommodation?
Yes. A limited number of passes without accommodation are available.

How do I get tickets?
Tickets are available only to individuals who have pre registered online. A limited number of new registrations is open here.
Point 8 is the only authorised seller of tickets for Nomads.

Are tickets transferable?
Tickets are non transferable and non changeable. In rare and exceptional cases, the organisers may allow a single amendment at their sole discretion. No further changes will be permitted.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non refundable.

Do I need to print my email confirmation?
Please bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket confirmation and a valid photo ID.

WRISTBANDS AND ENTRY

What happens if I lose my wristband?
Wristbands are issued once only. Broken, lost, tampered, or removed wristbands will not be replaced and entry will be denied.

Can I leave and re enter the festival site?
Yes. Re entry is permitted with a valid wristband.

Is outside alcohol allowed?
No. Outside alcoholic beverages will be confiscated at entry. All bags are subject to search.

What is the minimum drinking age?
The legal drinking age in Rajasthan is 18. A valid government issued photo ID is required.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Are food and beverages included in the pass?
No. F and B is not included in the festival pass. Breakfast is included for palace room guests.
Add ons such as special dining experiences will be charged separately.

What kind of food is available?
A wide selection of vegan, vegetarian, and non vegetarian dishes made from fresh local ingredients.

Will there be locker facilities?
Yes. Lockers for small items will be available onsite.

Are debit or credit cards accepted onsite?
Yes.

Is there a charge for parking?
Yes. Valet parking is available for a fee. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s sole risk.

Can I bring pets?
No. Pets are not allowed.

CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

Can I bring my children?
Children under 12 attend free. Children 12 and above require a full ticket. Contact the organisers if you plan to bring children.

Is Nomads suitable for children?
During the day the grounds are suitable for families. After dark, temperatures drop and sound levels rise.

When does the festival begin?
The festival runs across three days. The detailed schedule and opening times will be shared closer to the event.

Are outside food and beverages allowed?
No. Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

Can I bring my own tent or pitch my own tent?
No. Nomads is a fully residential festival with curated accommodation only.

NOMADS FESTIVAL: VISITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(“Festival Visitor Terms”)

These terms apply to all persons entering or present at the Nomads Festival site, including attendees, guests, press, volunteers, artists, vendors, and contractors. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms, the Ticketing Terms and all rules published on the festival website.

1. ENTRY AND ADMISSION
1.1 Entry requires a valid ticket, valid wristband, and government issued photo ID.
1.2 Rights of admission are fully reserved by the organisers, even for valid ticket holders.
1.3 Entry is subject to security checks, bag checks, and wristband verification.
1.4 Re entry is permitted only with an intact, valid wristband.
1.5 Persons attempting entry without valid accreditation or with tampered wristbands will be refused entry and removed without refund.
1.6 The festival may deny entry or remove any visitor who appears intoxicated, aggressive, unwell, or poses a safety risk.

2. WRISTBANDS
2.1 Wristbands must be worn at all times and remain visible.
2.2 Lost, removed, cut, damaged, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced.
2.3 Wristbands are non transferable and linked to the identity of the original ticket holder.
2.4 All visitors may be subject to random wristband scanning for identity verification.

3. SAFETY, SECURITY AND SEARCHES
3.1 Visitors must comply with instructions from festival staff, security, medical teams, and law enforcement.
3.2 Security may conduct pat downs, metal detector screenings, and bag inspections at any time.
3.3 Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
3.4 Certain areas may be temporarily closed or restricted due to capacity or safety requirements.

4. PROHIBITED ITEMS
4.1 The following items are strictly prohibited:
• Firearms, knives, blades, sharp objects
• Fireworks, flares, explosives
• Pepper spray, tasers, self defence devices
• Illegal drugs, narcotics, drug paraphernalia
• Outside alcohol, beverages, or outside food except medical or infant needs
• Glass containers
• Personal sound systems or speakers
• Large professional cameras, drones, tripods unless accredited
• Laser pointers
• Animals or pets except permitted service animals
4.2 Confiscated items will not be returned. Visitors found with illegal substances will be handed to law enforcement.

5. FESTIVAL BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT
5.1 The festival aims to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
5.2 The following behaviours are prohibited:
• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or hate speech
• Physical aggression or threats
• Sexual harassment or inappropriate touching
• Vandalism, theft, property damage
• Dangerous or reckless behaviour
• Attempting to bypass security procedures
• Unauthorised vending or promotional activity
• Interference with security, medical, or staff operations
5.3 Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and possible legal action.

6. ALCOHOL POLICY
6.1 Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the legal drinking age or without valid ID.
6.2 Excessive intoxication may result in refusal of service or removal.
6.3 Outside alcohol is not permitted in festival, hotel, or tented areas.

7. MINORS
7.1 All minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
7.2 Guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of minors.
7.3 Ear protection for children is strongly recommended.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND MEDIA CONSENT
8.1 Entry constitutes consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organisers.
8.2 Such recordings may be used globally and in perpetuity in any media without compensation.
8.3 Personal photography and video are permitted.
8.4 Professional filming or photography requires prior written accreditation.
8.5 Live streaming, commercial use, or public broadcasting requires written permission from Point 8.

9. SOUND, LIGHTING AND HEALTH
9.1 Amplified sound is used throughout the festival; hearing protection is recommended.
9.2 Strobe lights, lasers, and special effects may trigger adverse reactions in individuals with photosensitive conditions.
9.3 Visitors with medical conditions must take necessary precautions.

10. LOST PROPERTY
10.1 Lost items should be handed to the Palace Reception.
10.2 The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
10.3 Unclaimed items after 14 days may be discarded or donated.

11. PARKING, VALET AND TRANSPORT
11.1 Parking is allowed only in designated areas and is at the owner’s sole risk.
11.2 Valet services, if offered, are used at the owner’s own risk.
11.3 The organisers, contractors, and venue accept no liability for loss, theft, damage, or accidents involving vehicles.
11.4 The festival is not responsible for delays, road closures, or travel issues.

12. VENDORS, FOOD AND THIRD PARTY SERVICES
12.1 Food, beverage, and craft vendors operate independently.
12.2 The organisers are not responsible for the quality or safety of third party products.
12.3 No claims regarding consumption of food, drinks, or services from third party vendors will be entertained.

13. EMERGENCIES AND EVACUATION
13.1 Visitors must follow staff and security instructions during emergencies.
13.2 The festival may pause performances, restrict movement, or evacuate areas for safety.

14. PROGRAMME AND SCHEDULE CHANGES
14.1 Artist lineups, set times, venues, and programming may change without notice.
14.2 No refunds will be issued for programming changes or partial disruptions.

15. FORCE MAJEURE
15.1 The organisers are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by:
• extreme weather
• natural disasters
• pandemics or public health emergencies
• government restrictions
• labour strikes, accidents, or infrastructure failures
• any circumstance beyond reasonable control
15.2 Refund decisions in such cases will follow the Ticketing Terms.

16. LIABILITY
16.1 Entry is at the visitor’s own risk.
16.2 The organisers, artists, partners, and contractors are not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, property damage, or loss.
16.3 The organisers are not responsible for actions or omissions of third parties.
16.4 Visitors are responsible for their own conduct and that of minors in their care.

17. PROHIBITION OF COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
17.1 No unauthorised commercial activity is allowed, including selling merchandise, distributing promotional materials, or brand activation.
17.2 Tickets may not be used for contests, sweepstakes, or promotional activity without written approval.

18. COMPLIANCE
18.1 Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of entry, removal without refund, confiscation of prohibited items, legal action, or permanent bans.

1.5 Beware of counterfeit tickets. Point 8 is the only authorised seller unless otherwise stated.

1.7 Artist programming, set times, and lineup may change without prior notice.
1.8 All minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. REFUND POLICY
2.1 Tickets are non refundable.
2.2 If the event is cancelled entirely, ticket holders will be informed of the refund or rollover procedure.
2.3 No refunds will be issued for partial festival closure, weather related interruptions, artist cancellations, or programme changes.

3. WRISTBANDS AND ACCESS
3.1 Wristbands will be issued at check in and allow access to festival stages and areas for the dates purchased.
3.2 Wristbands must be worn at all times and are washable.
3.3 Lost, damaged, tampered, removed, or defaced wristbands will not be replaced.
3.4 Persons without valid wristbands will be refused entry.
3.5 All attendees may be subject to random wristband scans for identity verification.
3.6 Tampering with a wristband will result in refusal of entry without refund.

4. SECURITY, SEARCHES AND SAFETY
4.1 Security procedures including pat downs, metal detectors, and bag checks may be conducted at any time.
4.2 Management reserves the right to search any person, vehicle, or bag as a condition of entry.
4.3 Entry may be refused to anyone displaying behaviour deemed unsafe, intoxicated, aggressive, or inappropriate.
4.4 Re entry is permitted only with an intact wristband.
4.5 The festival uses amplified sound; ear protection is strongly recommended, especially for children.
4.6 Strobe lighting may be used and may trigger epileptic episodes; attendees with sensitivities must take precautions.

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
5.1 The following items are strictly prohibited:
• Weapons, knives, fireworks, flares, sharp objects
• Illegal substances; possession or consumption will result in removal and police involvement
• Outside food, beverages, or alcohol
• Glass bottles, laser devices, drones
• Animals or pets
5.2 Confiscated items will not be returned.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND MEDIA USE
6.1 Entry constitutes consent to your image, voice, and likeness being recorded and used globally, in perpetuity, without compensation.
6.2 Personal handheld devices are permitted unless otherwise advised.
6.3 Professional recording, live streaming, or commercial use of any recordings requires written permission from Point 8.
6.4 Unauthorised commercial or promotional activity onsite is prohibited.

7. CONDUCT AND REMOVAL POLICY
7.1 You may be removed without refund for:
• Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour
• Possession of prohibited items
• Creating a public nuisance or security risk
• Attempting to enter restricted or capacity controlled areas
• Violating festival or venue safety rules
• Refusing to comply with staff or security instructions
7.2 Areas may reach capacity; entry to specific stages or zones may be paused for safety.

8. PARKING AND TRAVEL
8.1 Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
8.2 Vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk; management is not responsible for theft or damage.
8.3 Travel to and from the festival site is at the attendee’s own risk.

9. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
9.1 Attendance is at your own risk.
9.2 The organisers, artists, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage.
9.3 No claims relating to food, drinks, or third party vendor products will be accepted.
9.4 The organisers are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure including extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, government orders, acts of terrorism, labour strikes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. USE OF TICKETS
10.1 Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional, resale, or commercial purposes including giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, or packages without written permission from Point 8.
10.2 Any ticket resold or used for unauthorised purposes may be cancelled without refund.
